Welcome to LinguBoard. By accessing or using our website and its virtual keyboards, transliteration tools, dictionaries and other language utilities (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Services.

LinguBoard provides free, browser-based utility tools, including:

• On-screen virtual keyboards for many languages and writing systems.
• Phonetic transliteration engines that convert Latin keystrokes into native-script characters.
• Script and transliteration converters, dictionary lookup, and text utilities.

The Services run entirely in your web browser and are provided without registration. We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time, with or without notice.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. When using LinguBoard, you must not:

• Use the Services to create, store or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the operation of the website or its hosting infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest or reuse our content at scale without permission, or resell access to the Services.

Virtual keyboard layouts, key mappings and phonetic transliteration engines are provided as convenient typing aids. LinguBoard does not guarantee that any mapping, transliteration or conversion output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your purpose.

Different standards exist for keyboard layouts, romanisation and phonetic transcription, and automatic conversion may produce characters, conjuncts, diacritics or word splits that differ from what you intended. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all text you produce with the Services before relying on, publishing or sending it.

Dictionary results, transliterations and other reference content are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or omissions.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguBoard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

In jurisdictions where limitations of certain warranties or remedies are not permitted, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and may display advertisements served by third parties, including Google. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites or services.

The LinguBoard name, branding, design, written content and code are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise stated, all rights in the Services are reserved by LinguBoard.

Text you type or convert with the Services remains yours. You may use the Services freely for personal, educational and commercial writing tasks.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
